Combining these facts, I’ve started to realize that Generation Z will be graduating colleges and starting their career next year, meaning that, how they behave as a consumer is what we should be learning.

Over 2.5 billion people use messaging platforms globally, and yet brands are still focused on connecting their consumer on pure social network platform. In 2018, we can expect brands invest more time and money to connect people through messaging platform.
