How to change the order status #
- Go to: WooCommerce > Orders
- Locate the Order for which you would like to change the status.
- Click the ‘Preview’ button.
- Click the ‘Edit’ button.
- Select the desired Order Status from the dropdown.
- Click the ‘Update’ button to save your change.
How to update payment #
- In the Orders section, locate and click on the order for which you want to update the payment.
- On the order details page, go to the “Customer Details” section. (Billing)
- To update the payment information, click on the “Payment Method” field.
- A dropdown menu will appear, showing the available payment methods. Select the desired payment method for the order.
- If necessary, you may need to update specific payment details or provide additional information related to the chosen payment method. The fields and options will depend on the specific payment gateway integration you have set up in WooCommerce.
- Click the ‘Update’ button to save your overall changes.
- The payment for the order will be updated accordingly.
How to update shipping information #
- To update the shipping information, go to the “Shipping” section behind the Billing section.
- Click on the “icon pen” to make changes.
- Update the necessary details such as name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and country.
- After updating the shipping information, click the “Update” button to apply the changes.
- The shipping information for the order will be updated accordingly.
How to remove products from the order #
Apart from refunding, order items can not be edited, unless the order status is “Pending payment”, or “On hold.”
- To remove a product from the order, locate the product in the order items list.
- Click on the “X” icon to remove it from the order.
- Confirm the removal in the confirmation prompt if prompted.
- The product will be removed from the order, and the order totals will be updated accordingly.
- After making any necessary changes to the order items, click the “Update” button to save the modifications.
